You will not find a better lending Broker in the business. Emmett Munson and his staff are first class all the way with a person always happy to assist any question or concern you have. Name a time you go to sign the closing documents and they say "your funding is already here, so come back in an hour and get your keys, as we are recording it now." We did and they said it is because of our lender.

Emmett and his team are the best. Our experience was first class from the start. Our Title company said the funding was there before we signed, and our recording took less than 1 hour and keys in hand by noon. We signed at 9:30am.
