He worked really hard with me that final day to get things wrapped up. I do feel that he could've shared the issue with us sooner but that he was as surprised as I was on the underwriter's last minute needs and was definitely up to bat the whole time to get things resolved. I would welcome another transaction with him.

Emmett & Wendy very responsive & helpful. Just one point at the end that I did not fully understand regarding paying off my car loan with proceeds from the loan--adding 12K more to the loan to pay off my car loan but only getting 8K to do so after I paid off the car loan with personal money. Just a lack of communication on both our parts. We spent more on this house than we were intending which means we have less to work with now than we were expecting. But we got a great house!
