You will not find a better lending Broker in the business. Emmett Munson and his staff are first class all the way with a person always happy to assist any question or concern you have. Name a time you go to sign the closing documents and they say "your funding is already here, so come back in an hour and get your keys, as we are recording it now." Emmett and his team are the best. Our experience was first class from the start. Our Title company said the funding was there before we signed, and our recording took less than 1 hour and keys in hand by noon. We signed at 9:30am.

I appreciated the continuous, open and honest communication your team provided throughout the process. I felt like I was taken care of throughout and you had my best interest in mind. I thoroughly enjoyed worked with all of you and will recommend you to other opportunities for you that I come across. One thing I did want to recommend as a possible improvement to your processes though, is more transparency in what specifically to expect next. The initial email I received warned against fraudulent activity as we go through the process, and with the various services you use to handle loan management, document uploading, document signing, etc. I was hesitant to click on a few of the emails. One I had to ask Wendy if it was legit, but perhaps I was being too paranoid :) It might be a good practice to let you customers know what exactly to look for and who its coming from so there is no concerns. Just a thought :) Thank you again for all you do.

If your not in Lending, it can seem like foreign language but you all made everything easy to understand and made sure we felt like we had options and were part of the process.
