Emmett was so helpful. He even drove by properties for us and gave his honest opinion. He really made the loan process less stressful and he knows his stuff. so we felt confident in his expertise.

Emmett & Wendy very responsive & helpful. Just one point at the end that I did not fully understand regarding paying off my car loan with proceeds from the loan--adding 12K more to the loan to pay off my car loan but only getting 8K to do so after I paid off the car loan with personal money. Just a lack of communication on both our parts. We spent more on this house than we were intending which means we have less to work with now than we were expecting. But we got a great house!

The thing that would of made it super great would of been closing on time. But Emmett pulled it together and we got it closed.
