My loan was all done by phone other than the closing. This made it less time consuming. I was also updated throughout the process so I knew how things were going. Thank you.

To be truly honest I can't say enough good things about Emmett Munson and his Team. This box won't give me enough space. They made the long-distance home buying loan process in an incredibly difficult market as best of an experience as it could have been. They are serious pros, on top of all the details, overcoming challenges and helping you every step of the way, all the while keeping a smile on their faces. Emmett & Wendy very responsive & helpful. Just one point at the end that I did not fully understand regarding paying off my car loan with proceeds from the loan--adding 12K more to the loan to pay off my car loan but only getting 8K to do so after I paid off the car loan with personal money. Just a lack of communication on both our parts. We spent more on this house than we were intending which means we have less to work with now than we were expecting. But we got a great house!
